The approx. 56 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of a multi-family house from approx. 1910. The street is quiet, there is only resident traffic. To the rear is a park with tall trees.

Parking in front of the house and, if necessary, in the surrounding streets is very good.

High ceilings and a good floor plan characterize the apartment. The floors are parquet (hallway and the two rooms), laminate (kitchen) or tiles in the bathroom. The two large rooms (15 sqm and 22 sqm) are furnished as living-bedrooms, each with two single beds, dressers and closet. The large room has a table with 4 chairs for this purpose.
