The apartment is located in a central location in Fürstenwalde / Spree. Good public parking is plentiful on the street and surrounding streets.

The approx. 63 sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor / attic of a multi-family house from about 1910. The street is quiet, there is only resident traffic. To the rear is a park with tall trees.

High ceilings and a good floor plan characterize the apartment. The floors are made of laminate or tiles. The two similar sized rooms (18 sqm and 22 sqm) are furnished as bedrooms, with two single beds, dressers, closet, table and chairs.

The apartment is located in an apartment building in a quiet residential area in the center of Fürstenwalde. Within walking distance there are several restaurants and the main shopping streets. Parking in front of the house and, if necessary, in the surrounding streets is very good.

Location Highlights:

• only about 20 km / 20 min in the car to the Tesla Gigafactory, no danger of traffic jams
• only about 10 km / 10 min by car to Bad Saarow
