High ceilings and an optimal floor plan characterize the apartment. The floors are made of real wood planks or parquet. The large room is furnished as a living-bedroom, with two single beds, wardrobe, chests of drawers, table and chairs.

The bathroom with tub has been completely renovated only in 2019. The entire apartment has been renovated in November 2021, the kitchen with dishwasher is new from 2021.
