Description of the mechanic apartment

The approx. 71 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a very well-maintained apartment building from about 1920. The apartment building was extensively renovated in 1998. The street is quiet, there is only resident traffic. To the rear is a quiet, large courtyard.

High ceilings and an optimal floor plan characterize the apartment. The floors are made of real wood planks or tiles. Two rooms are furnished as bedrooms, the larger room is the living and dining room with dresser, table and chairs and another bed. All furniture is new from 2022.

The interior shower room has a modern standard. The entire apartment has been renovated in 2022, the kitchen has partly new appliances

In the central living room there is a 43-inch smart TV, which can be used for relaxation at the end of the day.
