Fürstenwalde: Perfect location east of Berlin

Fürstenwalde/Spree is a town with around 36,000 inhabitants and is conveniently located to the east of Berlin and close to the Tesla Gigafactory in Grünheide. It is only 30 minutes to Berlin by regional train (hourly connection) and 20 minutes to Grünheide(Tesla Gigafactory) by car without traffic jams. You can also get to BER airport in under 45 minutes by car.

Fürstenwalde is close to the A12 highway, which runs south of Berlin in an east-west direction (Franktfur (Oder) – Fürstenwalde – Schönefeld – Berlin Süd – Magdeburg – Hanover). The Bad Saarow recreation area is only 10 km away. A large clinic of the Helios Group is located there.

“Furnished apartment” is the general term. Vacation apartments and mechanic’s rooms are also furnished apartments.

Our furnished apartments in Fürstenwalde all have a high standard, are completely new and tastefully furnished in 2021 / 2022 to 2025. The apartments can be rented directly from the owner, in some cases we also offer the apartments on booking com or airbnb.

Apartments

A vacation home is an apartment that is usually rented by the week and is located in a tourist area. The standard is usually higher, the prices as well. Prices vary greatly between season and low season.

Of particular tourist interest is the area around the Scharmützelsee lake with the spa town of Bad Saarow. Bad Saarow is only about 10 km away from Fürstenwalde.

Fitter’s apartment

Fitters’ rooms are individual rooms that are rented out to fitters or companies. Wir vermieten keine einzelnen Zimmer, sondern immer komplette Wohnungen. Die Mietdauer dieser Monteurwohnungen beträgt von wenigen Wochen bis zu mehreren Monaten. The standard is usually very low, the prices are usually from 20 EUR to 25 EUR per bed per night. The quality of the equipment is often very poor, beds, equipment and furniture already more than 20 years old. Partly apartments are shared with other companies.

We also rent our furnished apartments in Fürstenwalde to fitters, but only as a complete apartment. We do not rent out individual rooms or even individual beds.

The furnishings in our fitters’ apartments are complete, new from 2021 / 2022 and fully equipped to a modern standard. Your employees will feel at home when they return to their temporary home after work. And they are rested the next day at work.
